If there is an operations event at First Light Couriers, or its agents, that results in the loss or damage of your consignment, we are now able to offer a level of compensation through the FreightGuard Service Guarantee program.
The service guarantee is designed to protect our customers against loss or damage to freight while the goods are in the care, custody, and control of First Light Couriers providing for compensation of up to R5,000.00 per consignment at a very competitive rate of R30.00 per consignment. Claims are resolved quickly and professionally by FreightGuard, and no excess is applied to the claim settlement amount.
